A friend of mine wants to rent my spare bedroom. I am really considering it. It will give me more money to spend on home improvements. With this market that would truly be helpful. Plus I could use a second pair of hands to paint.
I'll make my decision by this weekend. I know it is just for short term. So I will make sure we work out the time frame before we agree to anything. I don't want it to last forever.
This would be an interesting arrangement. I wonder how you will agree on the share of utilities, access to food in the fridge, etc.
